The following errors and notifications may appear to the end-user after the authentication process to the service:
- Customer disabled: This message indicates that the end-user, who attempted to access the service, was previously locked by the Location Manager, or the Organization, through the Lock feature in the platform.
- Invalid hotspot: This message indicates that the end-user authenticated to a Hotspot which has not been registered on the platform and therefore can not be attributed to any Location.
- Wrong password: This message indicates that the end-user who authenticated is using an incorrect password. The end-user must check the credentials and try again to authenticate.
- Invalid Product: This message indicates that the end-user does not have a valid Internet plan to access, as a default profile does not exist. In this case, in order to proceed with the navigation, the end-user will be asked to select an Internet plan in the appropriate Splash Pages section. (Self-Provisioning mode).
- Profile service terminated: This message indicates that the end-user does not have valid Internet plans to access, as those previously assigned are no longer valid. In this case, in order to proceed with the navigation, the user will be asked to select an Internet plan in the Splash Page section (Self-Provisioning mode).
- Invalid username: This message indicates that the end-user is using a username which does not exist on the platform. The end-user must check the credentials and try again to authenticate.
- User already connected: This message indicates that an instance of the end-user authenticated to the system already exists. This instance may be related to a previous session and may not have been closed properly, or the end-user is attempting to simultaneously connect with two devices. In the first case, it is necessary to wait a moment and try again, in the second case it is required to access the service with a single device.
- Invalid Location: This message indicates that the end-user is authenticating to a Location where the credentials entered are not valid. In this case, the end-user, in order to take advantage of the service, has to perform a new registration.
- Error: This message indicates a generic error, not due to the cases listed above.
