Where can I find the ‘Register’ link in the Splash Portal?

This situation occours in the following two cases:

  • When the Venue is configured to validate the identity for the end-users through Inbound or Outbound SMS, but there are not available SMS text messages for the Venue. The end-user will not be able to register the service until new text messages are moved to the Venue, or the Account validation mode option in the Access template used is set to None (in this case no validation will be performed during the end-users registration).
  • If the User registration from Splash Portal option in the Access templates section is set to No.
