Why can't I see the App Bar in the Splash Portal?

Please make sure, first of all, that the App Bar application is installed.

Then, it is necessary to add at least one application into the App Bar, in order to have it published into the Splash Portal. When installed at the first time, the App Bar is empty by default, and this can be the reason why it is not displayed.

In order to add an application into the App Bar, it is necessary to access the Marketplace section through the quick access toolbar, click the Manage button for the App Bar application, and then drag the icon for the wished application to the App Bar.
