Is it possible to change the username for a registered end-user, at a later time?

No, the username for an end-user cannot be changed in any case once it has been assigned. It is possible to set different policies of creation for the username, that may be:

  • Mobile phone number
  • Customer name
  • Random, generated by the system
  • Email address
