This is possible but depends on the configuration set in the Venue where the end-user is associated (or where the end-user has registered). For clarity, we will call this the "native Venue". If the "native" Venue for the end-user has the On-Net option enabled, the end-user is able to access the service not only from the ‘’native’’ Venue but from all those Venues whose Tenant is the same as the "native" Venue.
Otherwise, the end-user can access the service only from its "native" Venue.
