Login page - Where end-users can sign in to the service

The log in page is the page into the Splash Portal where end-users enter their credentials in order to access the service. If in the main page of the Splash Portal there is not a "log in" content block, the end-user is able to access the log in page by clicking Log in on the Splash Portal's navigation bar.

If in the Social Login section in the Control Panel, the Enable option for the Social Login subsection is set to Yes, the end-users are able to log in to the Splash Portal directly by using the access credentials for social networks (Social Login). Please read Social Login: logging in to the Splash Portal through "Social" access credentials in order to discover the social networks that are currently supported.

It is possible to log in with the credentials of social networks, by clicking the icon of the appropriate social network below the Sign in with: label, in the log in page. After this action, the end-user will be required to enter the credentials of the selected social network. Please note that control of the access credentials will be safely carried out directly on the social network platform, and none of these passwords will be stored or processed in our Solution.

If the entered credentials are validated by the social network and the end-user is logging in for the first time using these credentials, the system is ready to create a new end-user's account associated with the social network username that has been entered.
However, if in the Social Log in section in the Control Panel, the Social Log in validation option for the Social Log in subsection is set to Send an SMS / do a call or Receive password via SMS, the system requires the end-user to enter a phone number, as an extra step, in order to validate their identity. According to the option selected in the Sign-Up option section, the end-user has to perform a phone call to an appropriate phone number, or will receive a text message containing the credentials needed to access the service.

For next-time access, the end-user will directly access the service, with no needs of creating a new account or validating their identity.
