Viewing license details and remaining text messages (SMS) data

Through the License status section, accessible through the main menu. You can view a summary of the constraints (regarding the license and the emails/text messages managed by the solution) assigned to the Tenant or the Venue.

This section consists of the following subsections:

  • License status
  • Communications

License status

This section displays the details of the license constraints assigned to the Tenant or the Venue.

The following items are available:

  • Number of Venues: this item is available only for the Tenant. The two values displayed refer to the number of Venues currently present, and the maximum number of Venues allowed in the system. If the first number is not lesser than the second one, no further Venues cannot be created in the system.
  • Number of Hotspots: the two values displayed refer to the number of Hotspots currently present, and the maximum number of Hotspots allowed in the system. If the first number is not lesser than the second one, no further Hotspots for any Venue cannot be created in the system.
  • Number of registered users: the two values displayed refer to the number of end-users currently registered, and the maximum number of end-users allowed in the system. If the first number is not lesser than the second one, end-users will be not able to register to the service, and the Tenants or the Venue Managers will be not able to add new end-users from the Control Panel.
  • MAX online users: the two values displayed refer to the maximum number of end-users that have been simultaneously online in the system, since the time of the first setup of the Solution, and to the maximum number of simultaneously online end-users allowed in the system. At any time, it is not possible to have any number of simultaneously online end-users higher than the one indicated by the second number.

Communications

This section displays the details of the number of messages that can be exchanged by the Solution and the end-users.

The following items are available:

  • Email: the two values displayed refer to the number of emails sent to all end-users since the time of the first set-up of the Solution, and the maximum number of emails that can be sent from the Solution. If the first number is not lesser than the second one, the Solution will not send any email to end-users.
  • Outbound SMS : the two values displayed refer to the number of text messages sent to all end-users ( since the time of the first set-up of the Solution, and the maximum number of text messages that can be sent from the Solution. If the first number is not lesser than the second one, the Solution will not send any text message to end-users, until a new SMS recharge is performed.
  • Inbound SMS/Call: the two values displayed refer to the number of text messages or phone calls performed by end-users to confirm their registrations, and the maximum number of text messages and phone calls allowed. If the first number is not lesser than the second one, the Solution will not confirm further registrations performed by the end-users via text message or phone call, until a new SMS recharge.

By clicking View details, the Tenant is redirected to a page where it is possible to see statistics about communications. The information displayed are:

  • Email
  • Outbound SMS
  • Inbound SMS/Call

It is possible to view the results for all Venues, or only a particular Venue, and view the results for the following time intervals:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last seven days
  • Current month
  • Last month
  • Last six months
  • Current year
  • Last year
