Monitoring alarms and notifications generated by your end-users


In the Troubleshooting section, accessible from the Monitor menu. You can view the list of notifications and alarms generated by the actions performed by end-users.

The available details are:

  • Date: the date for the event.
  • Message: the warning or message error. For the complete list of these alarms, please see Errors and notifications.
  • Username: the username of the end-user who performed the session.
  • Venue: the Venue where the end-user comes from.
  • HotSpot: the HotSpot, within the Venue, where the end-user comes from.
