Defining Service Packages for a Venue at Tenant level

Follow

A service package is the set of features that are assigned to a Venue.

Previously only the administrator was able to create Service Packages, and the Tenant was only able to choose the Service Profile to assign to the Venue. Now the Tenant is able to define new service profiles for their Venues.

You can access Service Packages from the Settings Menu

You can create a new template by clicking on the Add button. Please note that the default templates cannot be edited. But the templates you created can always be edited by clicking on the Template name and then Edit button. All changes made and saved would be applied dynamically to all Venues where this template is applied.

You can apply these service packages in the Venue section under Services by choosing the appropriate template from the drop down menu. For additional information on Venues, please refer to the following links.
