The identification PIN is an activation code whose purpose is to identify a foreign end-user.
The Default international call prefix option, in the International Settings section, allows to specify the default dialing code for end-users' phone numbers.
Whether the PIN for Foreign Users option in the Access templates section is set to Yes, end-users who registered for the service providing a mobile phone number having a dialing code different from the default one, will be required to enter an identification PIN in order to access the service.
End-users who register for the service providing a phone number containing the default dialing code are not required to enter an Identification PIN in any case. End-users will never be required to enter an identification PIN if the PIN for Foreign Users option in the access template used is set to No.
