List of available dashboard widgets

Below you can find a list of the widgets you can use in the Dashboard section, organized in different categories. Wi-Fi Service

  • Connections: this is a line chart reporting how many end-users logged into a Splash Portal. This widget supports full screen display mode and time interval settings.
  • Impressions: this is a line chart reporting how many times end-users displayed
    a Splash Portal. This widget supports full screen display mode and time interval settings.
  • Last 10 user connections: this widget shows the last 10 end-users who logged into the Splash Portal
  • Live Connections: this widget shows a list of currently online end-users.
  • New Users: this is a line chart reporting how many end-users signed up for the service. This widget supports full screen display mode and time interval settings.
  • Sign-up source: this is a donut chart showing the percentage of end-users organized by their account type (e.g. based on User Account such as Click-through, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, VKontakte).
  • Summary: in this widget you can find some metrics for your Tenant or Venue activites. This widget supports time interval settings. Metrics shown are:
    • Registered users: how many end-users registered to the service during the time interval set.
    • Connections: how many end-users logged into a Splash Portal during the time interval set.
    • Impressions: how many times end-users displayed a Splash Portal.
    • MAX Online Users: the maximum number of simultaneous online end-users during the time interval set.
    • Avg Time (Mins): the total duration of the sessions divided by the total number of sessions, in the time interval set.
    • Avg Traffic (MB): the total traffic during the sessions divided by the total number of sessions, in the time interval set.

 

Customers Profiles

  • Demographics: this indicates the age distribution of end-users in a pie chart as well as the gender (male/female) distribution (accounts with no gender set are not calculated).
  • User devices distribution: this is a pie chart that indicates the distribution of end-users device types (e.g. PC, tablet, smartphone).

 

Management

  • Organization Overview: at the Tenant level, it indicates the number of Venues and Hotspots present. At the Venue level, it indicates the number of Hotspots present.
  • Quick Links: this widget links the pages for the most common actions in the Control Panel.
