Faster venue switching
You can now quickly switch between different venues: Click the drop-down menu at the top of the Admin Panel and select the venue you want to switch to.
This works if:
- you are at "company" level and want to access venue data
- you want to switch from one venue to another
Second level toolbar
Volare introduces a more efficient navigation, helping you get where you want to be with fewer clicks.
On the old platform, some sections were accessible from the toolbar on the left, and some through the drop-down menus at the top. On the new platform, all the features are available through the quick-access toolbar on the left. The second level of navigation allows for direct access the most common features, this helps save both time and hassle and provides a better user experience.

Overview of the quick-access toolbar
Here’s a short description of each menu item of the quick-access toolbar:
This section has been graphically improved and now contains some of the most important widgets from the Analytics section.
While you can no longer customize the dashboard, the number of available widgets has increased. No second level of navigation is provided here.
The Guest Wi-Fi section allows you to manage all aspects of your guest Wi-Fi.
This includes the following sections that were previously either in the quick access toolbar and on the top menu toolbar:
- Welcome Portal (formerly "Splash Portal")
- Login Profiles (formerly "Access Templates")
- Internet Plans
- User Journey (in the old platform this section was accessible from the Marketplace)
- Connection Logs
- Troubleshooting Logs
Analytics have become a key feature in Volare, so we've rearranged the Analytics section and added a second level of navigation.
From this section, you can quickly access the following if enabled:
- Wi-Fi Service Analytics (formerly "Hotspot Analytics")
- User Analytics (formerly "Customer Analytics")
- Presence Analytics (formerly "WiFi Presence Analytics")
- Location Analytics
Please note: you can also access Presence Analytics and Location Analytics from the Apps section in the Manage menu.
This section provides quick access to the most common applications:
- Triggered Campaigns (a formerly "Proximity Marketing")
- Social Media (formerly "Social Marketing")
- Email (formerly "Email Marketing")
- Coupons Lite
- Surveys (formerly "Survey")
Please note: it is still possible to access to these applications from the Apps section in the Manage menu.
The structure of the People section is similar to the old Users section and contains all the same information about end-users. No second level of navigation is provided here.
The Manage section contains more advanced features. Here, you can configure devices, applications, and advanced settings.
Get access to:
- Access Points (formerly "Hotspots")
- Venue Profiles (formerly "Service Packages")
- Preferences (includes "International Settings", "Branding", "Communications", "Online Payments")
- Managers (formerly "System Users")
The "Help" link has now moved to the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen.
