Guest Wi-Fi Analytics gather data about the guest Wi-Fi service used by end-users and displays it on the web interface of Cloud4Wi. This application is part of our software suite and can be accessed in the main menu of the Analytics section, allowing the system user to view further information about end-users’ behavior.
The toolbar at the top allows you to filter data by organization or location (according to your system level) and also display data for a given time interval with the option to export data to an XLS file. Real-time data is available with a maximum lag time of about 30 minutes. So if you are loading the page for the first time or filtering data, you will see values that can be about 30 minutes old or less.
Please note that the header toolbar displays the date and the time of the last update.
