User Analytics Dashboards
We’ve enhanced the User Analytics experience by splitting the previous single dashboard into two distinct sections: Acquisition and Profile. This update allows for a more focused and streamlined approach to analyzing user data, with each section providing insights into different aspects of user acquisition and profile characteristics.
Device analytics are not yet available in these dashboards. We are working on a new version with updated and more accurate device analytics. In the meantime, you can access these metrics in the legacy User Report Dashboard.
Furthermore, recognizing that many clients organize their networks into regional groups, brands, regions, and operational units, we have implanted the capability to filter reports using location tags. This empowers you to segment the network with great flexibility and access relevant reports.
Acquisition Dashboard
The Acquisition dashboard provides detailed insights into user acquisition, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
Profile Dashboard
The Profile dashboard provides detailed insights into the characteristics and demographics of users who have been onboarded into the system.
Custom report review
We’ve updated the Custom Report section to align it with the new KPIs from WiFi Analytics, User Acquisition, and User Profile dashboards. This ensures that custom reports now reflect the latest metrics and offer more accurate and relevant data, including the ability to filter reports by location tags.
Furthermore, the Custom Report section is now accessible directly from the Location level, offering improved navigation and streamlined access to relevant data.
