The Custom Report page provides a detailed and organized view of your network's performance across several key metrics. The report is divided into four primary sections: Wi-Fi Service, Presence, Users Acquisition, and Users Profile. The Custom Report page is highly customizable to suit your specific analysis needs, allowing you to filter and focus on the data most relevant to your objectives.
You can filter the results based on the following criteria:
-
Time Period: This filter enables you to define the analysis period for the metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) displayed on the dashboard. Data can be examined for up to 18 months in retrospect, giving you a broad view of historical performance and trends.
-
Location(s): You can filter the metrics and KPIs based on specific locations or groups of locations. Locations can be selected manually, or you can use tags to conveniently group locations (e.g., by brand, country, or region).
-
List of KPIs: Choose from a list of KPIs, divided across the four sections, allowing you to create a customized report based on the metrics that are most interesting to you.
The results are presented with a row for each selected location, ensuring a clear, comparative view of the performance across multiple sites.
