Export Current View
By clicking on the People button in the quick access toolbar, clicking on the Export button in the command toolbar and then on EXPORT CURRENT VIEW, you can export all your contacts' data to a CSV file. If you've set a search filter in the People page, then this filter will be also applied in the exported files.
Additionally, after you clicked on the Export button, you can also optionally provide the following data to further refine your filters:
- Sign-Up Date Start (to list only the end-users who registered after a particular date)
- Sign-Up Date Stop (to list only the end-users who registered before a particular date)
- Marketing Policy (to list only the end-users who accepted/didn't accept the Marketing Policy, or both cases)
As soon as you've set all the search criteria, the platform is ready to generate the export file and it will send a notification to your email address (specifically, to the email address corresponding to the Manager account you're using to access the Cloud4Wi Dashboard). Click on Export page to proceed with this delivery.
This process is immediate for most cases, but it might take some time depending on the number of your end-users or other conditions.
Once the export is ready you'll receive an e-mail containing a link where you can download your archive. The download is available for 3 days, then the archive will be removed from our systems.
You can also find the history of the generated reports by clicking on the People button in the quick access toolbar, clicking on the Export button in the command toolbar and then on REPORTS, If the download is still available, then the link will be also linked on this section.
Export Activity Manager
This new section allows creating recurrent export activities, in CSV or in an external SFTP server.
