Managing Contacts

Classic Dashboard

The People page in the Cloud4Wi Dashboard gives you access to all the Contacts activated in your Compass account.
 

 

 

The Fields button on the right side allows you to select the columns you want to see in the table (maximum 7 columns).

Above each field of the contacts list, there is a search box allowing to filter the contacts in the list. 

By clicking the checkbox on the first column, you can select one, several or all contacts currently displayed and eventually use the Delete button to delete selected Contacts.

 

The Export button allows you to export the Contacts into a CSV file. The export will include all the Contacts that match the filter conditions applied to the table. Check this article for more details about exporting contacts.

 

Clicking on the name of a Contact will open the Contact Profile page that includes all the contact attributes and event history.

 

New Dashboard

In the Contacts page, you can explore the entire directory of Contact Profiles. For each contact, you can open its profile page to visualize all the profile attributes and scroll the visitation history.

At this time, this section is mainly informative, but as the next step, we'll add all the contact management capabilities, such as exporting and bulk editing.

You can filter the Contacts by:

• Segment
• Acquisition location
• Acquisition date

Using the Search box you can quickly search a Contact by first name, last name, email or phone number.

In each Contact Profile, you can explore the contact attributes details, including the contact data, demographic attributes and behavioral metrics. You can also scroll the entire visitation history that includes all the location visits.
