The Audience Insights dashboard allows understanding who your customers are and how they interact with your locations. The charts and metrics that describe the customers' behaviors are base don the behavioral metrics computed on each contact profile, according to the definitions described in this article (Behavioral metrics).
Note: some charts show a N/A (not available) dimension for the related metric. To offer a realistic and updated picture of your customer's behaviors, some of the metrics are computed taking into account the visits that occurred in moving windows of the last 6 months. Some of the customers in the selected Audience might not have done any visit in the analysis period so the related metric is null.
The Frequency widget shows the percentage of Contacts in the panel that have done more than one visit in the last 6 months and provide the breakdown of the number of visits.
The Visit duration widget provides the average Visit Duration of the Contacts in the panel, accounting for the visits done in the last 6 months. The chart shows the breakdown of the number of Contacts by duration range.
The Time of the Day and Days of the Week widgets describe your audience visiting preferences. These metrics are computed taking into account the visits of the most recent 6 months of visitation history to make sure they represent a realistic and updated preference of your customer.
The Cross Shopping widgets analyze your customers' tendency to visit more than one location. The summary metrics tell you the percentage of customers who visited more than 1 store, and the chart offers a breakdown by the number of visited stores. This metric is computed on the entire visitation history of each customer.
