Multi-screen onboarding (Compass, Splash)
A new option in the Login Profile allows you splitting the onboarding experience into two separate and fully configurable screens. This new experience allows splitting the collection of consents and data for the guest WiFi service form the optional subscription to communication or marketing programs, improving the transparency and the opt-in rate.
We added two additional event types in the webhook setup. You can now trigger a notification whenever a customer dwells a configurable amount of time in the location and when he leaves.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector
We enhanced the Marketing Cloud connector adding the possibility to trigger Entry Events in the Access Journey when visitors interact with a location. We also expanded the set of Contact attributes synchronized with Marketing Cloud including the Behavioral Metrics.
System Health monitoring
We introduced a new dashboard that proactively identifies misconfiguration problems and potential anomalies, so you can react promptly and keep your service up and running. The alerts include notification of missing presence and location data stream and anomalies in the usage of the guest WiFi
Other enhancement and bug fixing
- New attributes for registration forms
Some additional fields have been added to the configuration fo the registration forms, including ZIP code and Company.
- Custom languages recognition
Fixed a bug related to the matching of custom languages with the users' browser language.
- Communication editor
The editor of the service communications has been fixed and improved, using a simpler and more visual WYSIWYG interface
