You can create public online pages where customers can subscribe to your programs. Each page has a unique URL that you can share in email, text message and as links your web pages.
How to
1. Create a Location
In this case, the Location represents a logical artifact that allows to set up an end to end experience.
You can call the Location with the name of your digital propriety or initiative, for example "SMS Collection".
Assign any Splash Page and Login Profile to it, you'll need to change them later anyway.
2. Create a Splash Page
Create a new Splash Page or use your existing one. In the Setting page of your Splash Page, go to
On the filed "Splash Page unique alias URL" enter any alias that will be used as a suffix to uniquely identify your page URL.
On the Reference Location select, select the Location you created on Step 1.
Save the page and copy the full URL of your page. It should be something like:
https://splashportal.cloud4wi.com/c4wportal/smscollectioninitiative
This will be the unique URL of your Subscription page. You can shorten the link using external URL shorteners such as bit.ly.
3. Create a Login Profile
The Login Profile defines your form, including the fields and consent that you want to collect. This is the most important part that should reflect your digital program requirements.
4. Finalise setup
Go back to your Location and edit its general configuration. Assing the Splash Page and Login Profile created during the previous steps.
DONE!
