Custom fields (Splash, Compass)
Custom fields are now available in the contact data export via CSV and in the APIs (V3).
Social Login Data control (Splash, Compass)
You can now control what customers' attributes will be retrieved and saved in the contact profile when they log in using their social network account. This feature allows you to comply with the data minimization principle of GDPR and collect only the data that you need, in line with your privacy policy.
Note that this feature doesn't impact the existing contact records.
Custom Webhooks body (Splash, Compass)
You can now configure with more flexibility the content of the data sent via webhook. This capability allows optimizing your integrations by possibly avoiding additional API call to retrieve required context data.
Improved visits classification (Spaces add-on)
We introduced a new setting that allows you to choose whether or not to rely on the business hours of each location to help classify devices that are not visitors. This feature gives you more control to adapt Spaces analytics to your specific circumstances.
Triggered Campaigns targeting enhancement (Link add-on)
We introduced new audience targeting capabilities in Link, by unlocking the Segment builder in the Link subscription add-on. Currently, you can create up to 3 segments in Link. Existing campaigns won't be affected.
Marketing Opt-In required (Splash, Compass)
We introduced an option to make the Marketing opt-in required. When using the two-step subscription experience, you can use this option to make mandatory the opt-in to the marketing consent to join a marketing program (such as a newsletter or loyalty program).
Minor UI improvement to Cloud4Wi Dashboard (Splash, Compass)
We are continuously improving the experience of the Cloud4Wi Dashboard, with minor changes to the navigation and menus. More to come!
