Data Retention control
We commit to providing our clients full control of the processing of the personal data they collect, making sure to comply with all privacy and data protection regulations.
We introduced a new Compliance Center section (Mange > Compliance Center) where you can control all the configurations related to personal data processing. With this release, we are introducing the possibility to configure your personalized data retention rules to reflect what you expose in your end-user privacy policy.
The data retention rules allow to programmatically delete certain categories of personal data (either all personal data or only technical WiFi logs) after a certain period of time. You can set as many rules as you want, and apply each of them to a specific group of locations (by country or by location tag).
Important: you can immediately start creating your data retention rules, but they will start taking effect on April 30th 2021. In the meantime feel free to contact our team for guidance and support.
Email Digest
Managers can now opt to receive a weekly email report via email that summarizes the main performance and health metrics of their account.
New Campaigns manager UX
As part of our evolution in the space of location marketing, we updated our Triggered Campaigns tool with a new, fresh version that will see major functional upgrades in the upcoming months.
Existing customers still have access to the legacy version of the Triggered Campaigns, but new campaigns must be created in the new Campaigns tool.
