MyData Portal
With MyData Portal, your customers will be able to single-handedly access, export, and delete the data they’ve shared with you!
You can get your personalized MyData portal URL in the Compliance Center and share it with your customers whenever they reach you with a data-related request. You can also include the link in an automated email sent to them when they sign up and every time they sign in.
Customers will have to enter their email address and they will receive a magic link to get access to the portal, where they can download or delete their data.
The MyData Portal is also personalized with the logo you uploaded from the branding settings of the Cloud4Wi dashboard.
Simplified Click tracking
We introduced a simplified mechanism to measure the click conversion on the messages sent via Campaigns, so you can measure the performances without having to install a tracking pixel on the landing page of the campaign.
You can now easily set your link to be tracked in the message composer screen, both for email and text messages. If the same person clicks multiple times the same link it counts only once in the computation of the CRT of the campaign.
Vanity short links for text messages
You can now add short URLs in the message body of all your Text message campaigns. On top of that, you’ll also be able to add a vanity hostname within the short link (e.g. http://brand.c4wi.co/123456)
Short URLs can be tracked or not. For example, if you simply want to add a link to MyData Portal in a message, you might not want to track the link as a conversion event for the campaign.
Multi-select and picklist
Add multiple selections to your custom fields so that customers can tell you how they feel
We added a new type of custom field to be used in the signup forms, where customers can select multiple options. We suggest giving it a shot to collect several preferences and opinions from your customers in one fell swoop!
Marketing Events webhooks
We introduced a new type of webhook to let you stream all the marketing-related events in real-time toward external marketing systems such as CDPs. Multiple events are included in this real-time stream, including receiving, opening, and clicking links on messages and responding to surveys. Each specific type of event carries its attributes to let you consume the details in your application; for example, the survey event includes all the answers that the customer gave on that survey.
