To track the clicks on the links inside your messages, emails or text messages, sent using the Campaigns tool, it is enough to set your link in the message composer screen, as in the following examples.
The links set to be tracked will contribute to the calculation of the campaign CRT. Only one click for the message will be counted. So if a message contains more than one link to track it is enough one click to make the message as clicked. If the same person clicks multiple times the same link it counts only once in the computation of the CRT of the campaign).
Email - Rich Text content
Select the text where you want to link the URL and click on the Link toolbar button () to enter it and enable the “Track link” option.
Once created, clicking on a link will activate the contextual toolbar, from which you can edit existing links or unlink them with a click.
Email - HTML content
Select the text where you want to link the URL and click on the “Insert tracked link” button ( )
Text message - Text content
For text messages, the URL will be shortened and eventually set as trackable. Click on the “Add shortened URL” button () and enter a long URL to be shortened and enable the option to track clicks.
